This includes IT strategies, aligned with business benefit, business cases, presentation, governance, management of PMO staff and budget cohesive management of external vendors and a strong believe in transparent project delivery health and reporting.

This is demonstrated by his two decades of employment within the same company (Aristocrat), successfully thriving in an extremely political environment along with many changes over the years including change of CEO’s, people, processes and technology.

Starting as a Business Analyst within Aristocrat, Vance has progressed through the ranks to an Exec level, undertaking many roles across the business and IT. His roles have included Sales and Marketing GM, Risk, Programme Director for a Quote to Cash solution, PMO Manager accountable for delivery of projects and management of 200+ resources.

With highly technical capabilities (where Vance built computers when computers were in their infancy) Vance also possesses strong skills to act as the ‘glue’ between Business and IT. He is able to translate complex IT solutions into clear, simple Business terminology to aid in delivery on time, within quality and budget.

Vance has a masters in Finance acquired in Canada where he grew up. He is married with 3 children.
