"Bapcor embarked on Payroll Simplification project to drive a number of key process and system improvements to simplify our payroll environment. We engaged Strata Results to seek their support in project management and delivery capability.

We were supported by two fantastic project managers throughout the lifecycle of the project – Theo and Jonelle. Both came to support us by taking a structured and detailed approach to scope, plan and deliver the project, while providing pragmatic lens to identify key dependencies, risks, issues and appropriate mitigations.
