Strata Results partnered with Gradability to lead and manage an RFQ process to recommend suitable vendors and software products for student management, financial management, and integration between them. The project sought to define a solution which will provide Gradability with a consistent and complete view of the customer, with centralised management of student (and other stakeholders) information, replacing multiple legacy systems.

The Strata Results team brought a streamlined and well-developed approach to conducting the RFQ. Strata managed discussions with vendors, and guided Gradability staff through the evaluation of potential vendors, minimising impact on the day-to-day operation of the business.

Strata Results provided their expertise in technology, combining a collection of software offerings into an integrated proposal. This allowed our staff to focus on the current (and desired) business processes – including identifying pain points in current practice that can be addressed by the proposed solution. Strata made sure that a project ostensibly about technology was firmly grounded in the people and practice of the Gradability business.

Perhaps one of the biggest advantages of working with Strata was their ability to manage the technical conversations and translate these to make it easily digestible for our key decision makers. This significantly reduced the opportunity for miscommunication or people switching off at key decision making moments, which had affected previous projects.
