Strata Results partnered with our Mesh business to lead and manage the implementation of a business-wide SAP solution. The solution was aimed at creating alignment and consistency across the mesh business, replacing two legacy system across three sites.

The Strata Results team used a customer-first mentality to drive the solution to meet the needs of the organisation, using a structured governance model that provided consistent visibility and transparency throughout the entire engagement. The team continuously operated at a high level, showing an ability to reduce complexity, and provide clear direction and support to my business in high-stress environments. A business can feel apprehensive when a change such as this is executed but the Strata Results team’s ability to support and empower my business at all phases of the project, in turn, led to the successful delivery of the solution within a tight timeframe.
