SRG will deliver a HRIS transformation program for an Australian Humanitarian and Training specialist
Melbourne, Australia: June 16, 2020 – Strata Results Group (SRG) would like to announce that it has been successful in a bid to deliver an HRIS Transformation program for an Australian Humanitarian and Training specialist.
The organisation is a Standby Partner to 13 United Nations agencies or entities in the southern hemisphere, as well as other front-line relief agencies and local governments. It provides skilled people and training to help communities plan, prepare, rebuild and recover before, during and after crises and conflict. It currently maintains a roster of Australian technical specialists across a range of skill profiles including disaster risk reduction, emergency preparedness, recovery and stabilisation activities in times of need.
The organisation has come to the realisation that its current systems need to be updated to unlock new opportunities, drive new growth, deliver greater efficiencies and better position itself as a leading global provider of training and human capital with specialist expertise in humanitarian response.
The program will be delivered across multiple phases and has an objective to:
- build a stronger organisation that is lean, agile and responsive.
- implement a business information system that is fit-for-purpose and that allows the organisation to absorb additional growth, service a higher volume of complex contractual relationships and execute their vision for a sustainable organisation for the future.
- Provide staff with a technology platform that streamlines mechanical business processes so they can devote more time to activities involving greater cognitive skill.
- define and document its current business processes
