With a Master’s degree in Engineering (Change Management) from the University of Melbourne, Hasti has gained valuable knowledge and skills in various areas of business, including financial management, process improvement, and change management.
Summary
As a Senior Change Manager at Strata Results Group, Hasti is responsible for implement and managing the change management process for large-scale transformational projects. In this role, Hasti works closely with stakeholders to ensure that the changes are implemented smoothly and effectively, while also minimizing any potential disruptions to the business operations.
Throughout her career, she has held various leadership positions, such as general manager of engineering consultancy, operations manager of steel manufacturing firm, supply Chain & planning manager at marine equipment manufacturing company, and project controls manager at oil & gas construction company. These roles have allowed her to develop a broad range of skills in areas such as project management, people management, financial planning, and process improvement initiatives.
