He delivered on Sales, Marketing, Partnering and delivery of critical initiatives for major clients like ATO, Services Australia, Westpac, CBA, Telstra, Optus, MQTel, Vocus, Spark, Vodafone NZ, Chorus. Increased pipeline by 3 and improved customer satisfaction to 85%.
Fresh Gravity – Managing Director
Stephen was responsible for all aspects of the Fresh Gravity business in Australia and New Zealand. He drove strategic sales and delivery of client engagements, vendor / partner relationships and marketing, including PR and government relations. Increased sales and pipeline by five times and engaged 12 key partners in projects around Australia.

Startup Launch and Commercialisation: Stephen drove sales and delivery of its’ innovative IoT solutions, creating a strong pipeline, overseeing Product Management, Research and Development, Marketing and Operations in the Transport, Food and Hospitality, Resources, Telecoms, Utilities, High Tech and Government segments. These projects were integral to digital transformations, adopting a cloud first strategy as well as aligning to either cost optimisation and/or revenue impacting initiatives. Various Consulting and Executive Engagements
- Large Scale Business Transformation: Lead the IT and Business Process Outsourcing of key processes for Telstra such as Order to Activate, Assurance, Billing Operation, Field Services, internal Service Desk Support and Revenue assurance. The team size was 3,000 across two continents and delivered over 60% efficiencies over the period of 5 years.
- New Service Case Management: Lead the introduction and execution of key Case Management services for Telstra’s NBN Broadband products, involving 1,500 personnel, stitching business processes across over twenty IT systems – developing and executing transformation services to deliver 300% improvement in manpower efficiencies (doing 3 times more revenue with same level of staffing).
- Large Scale Activation Operations: Lead the IT and Business Process transformation of NBN’s activation around Fibre to the Node / Curb / Basement (FTTx) services, including process and Network / Fibre design, and Operation Services. The team size was over 1,000 across two continents. Decreased client costs by 40% and improved NPS by 22 points.
